Don Sharp is the owner/broker of RE/MAX Woodand and has been licensed since 1978. Don grew up in Woodland and graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Real Estate. Don has taken a very active role in our community and some of his service includes: Past President and Realtor of the Year, Yolo County Association of Realtors; Past President, Woodland Sunrise Rotary; Past Director, Woodland Chamber of Commerce; Past President, Yolo Business Council; Planning Commissioner, City of Woodland; Member, Board of Directors, United Way; and Economic Development Chairperson, Woodland Economic Renaissance Corporation. Don is a member of the Flier's Club and enjoys golfing. Don is married to Martha Sharp and they have three grown children and two grandchildren. Don and Martha live in the country, and enjoy gardening and horses.Fred Shaffer and Son, the oldest real estate company in Woodland, was established in 1928. In 1995, Fred Shaffer and Son became RE/MAX Woodland. RE/MAX Woodland is located in the historic building at 927 Main St., the former site of The French Laundry. Don specializes in all types of real estate: residential, country, land, investment, and commercial properties.
